Garnish the Wages

Quoting from this Associated Press article, dated Sunday, Feb. 3:

Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton said Sunday she might be willing to garnish the wages of workers who refuse to buy health insurance to achieve coverage for all Americans.

The New York senator has criticized presidential rival Barack Obama for pushing a health plan that would not require universal coverage. Clinton has not always specified the enforcement measures she would embrace, but when pressed on ABC's "This Week," she said: "I think there are a number of mechanisms" that are possible, including "going after people's wages, automatic enrollment."

This, dear reader, is pure socialism. She is saying that she wants to take from those who have and give it to those who don't and she intends to use the government to force you to fork over your money.

This is NOT why we have government.

I dont think this specific topic is the issue with her. It is more her thought process and belief that it is the governments right/responsibility to take what it wants for what it sees as the individuals own good.

About sums it up, no?
