Actions Speak Loudest

I was reading Bush's Press Conference that he gave at the White House Rose Garden on September 15, 2006. After delivering his speech, he opened the floor up to questions. The first question for him wondered whether more and more Americans and the rest of the world were beginning to wonder whether the United States was following a flawed strategy, referencing a letter written by former Secretary of State Colin Powell which states the world is beginning to doubt the moral basis of our fight against terrorism.
